The crap parking website publishes photos of crap parking across the world. There are two photos for Nottingham, both involving a speed camera detection van parked on the pavement thus blocking the way for pedestrians.
The comments attached to one of the photos outlines exactly how this had affected one pedestrian.
“This one on Nottingham Road..was blocking a wheelchair shortly before this picture was taken. The wheelchair user was forced to use the road to get past the van. “
