Nottingham’s nuclear bunker

Nottingham’s war room, and nuclear bunker, was built in the early 1950′s. It was used as one of 13 regional war rooms until 1965.

The concrete rectangular block consists of two levels, one below ground and one above with the main control room spanning both levels.
