The pictures show the reality TV star wearing a headscarf and rosary beads.
They were created by the person responsible for signs which encouraged people to use streets in Nottingham as a makeshift toilet in December.
Explaining the reason she had put up the pictures in an e-mail to the Evening Post, Questionmarc said: “The piece reflects the change of Jade Goody’s public perception in the past six months.
“A small run of prints were pasted around Nottingham and Leicester over the weekend.”
